Orders and availability

Submitting an order requests the items selected at checkout. Product availability and order details may need to be confirmed. If an item cannot be supplied or a clear listing error affects an order, we will explain the available options. A product in a cart is not reserved until the order process is completed.

Price and delivery charges

Every product includes free worldwide shipping, with no minimum purchase amount. We cover applicable customs duties, import charges, and related delivery fees. Customers should not need to pay extra delivery or import charges to receive an order. If a carrier asks for such a payment, contact us through the Contact Us page so we can review the request.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders normally dispatch within 1–3 days. Estimated delivery is 6–12 days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, and delivery conditions may affect the actual timing. Please check the delivery details entered at checkout and report any error promptly through the Contact Us page.

Returns, refunds, and support

We offer a 60-day return window. Contact us through the Contact Us page before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. Approved refunds generally take 5–10 days. If a product arrives incorrect, damaged, or apparently faulty, provide the order information and a clear description so we can review the issue.
